Back in the mid ‘90’s, we realized that a new service and delivery model was needed to best service our corporate clients. We combined best of class project management services, technology, and tried and true philosophies around our projects including standardized quality control functions, document analysis and reporting. We leveraged contract attorneys for contract review, developed homegrown, custom solutions, and paired them with best in class third party technology tools to deliver client results.

Unbeknownst to us at the time, we created one of the country’s first alternative legal services providers (ALSP) to best service our clients. Solvaire Technolgies was born.

We are not a law firm but we work hand-in-hand with the lawyers at our affiliated law firm, Babst Calland.

Solvaire provides a nuts-to-bolts, start-to-finish, turnkey process encompassing project specification, project bidding, staffing, project management, quality control, reporting, analysis, and execution.

This turnkey approach coupled with our ability to offer this entire process and project with budget certainty is what makes Solvaire different from any law firm or even alternative legal service provider.

Our philosophy remains the same as it did in the mid 90’s – to relentlessly and continuously eliminate inefficiencies in our services, to leverage the best technology available – whether third party or home grown technology, and to always push the client service delivery envelope.
